Application Guidelines

  1. Make sure you meet the eligibility requirements
  2. Register to gain access to our student portal
  3. Submit your application!
  4. Keep an eye on your inbox. We will send you a response regarding your application shortly after you have signed up for the program.
  5. We will give you access to your enrolment tasks.
  6. Pay the Deposit Payment
  7. Complete the enrolment tasks as thoroughly and as fast as possible
  8. Pay the Balance Payment

Eligibility Requirements

18 years of age

In good standing at your home institution

2.5 GPA*

Sophomore, junior, or senior standing when program begins

No previous Spanish language courses are required

* If your cumulative GPA is below 2.5, we will require a letter of recommendation from a professor indicating your ability to pursue university-level coursework in a foreign country. Additionally, we may ask for a short personal essay which addresses your GPA and your personal, academic and professional interests in studying abroad with ALBA in Barcelona.
