Portland State University
ALBA is an accredited program under Portland State University. This allows students from higher education institutions around the world to take courses at ALBA and receive academic credit in the USA. This credit is then transferable back to their home institutions, allowing them to enjoy an intercultural experience in Spain while progressing towards graduation.
Foster School of Business
University of Washington
In 2017, ALBA Study Abroad Barcelona and UW Foster have created The Foster Barcelona program, designed to guarantee a position at ALBA for up to 35 Foster and UW students each term. Allowing them to remain enrolled at their current institution while receiving credit for their courses taken in Barcelona.
Seattle Pacific University
Our partnership with Seattle Pacific University is an open invitation for their students to join us in Barcelona. With our wide-ranging course offer, we are ready to welcome students from all areas of study.

Universitat Pompeu Fabra
A recent collaboration between ALBA and Universitat Pompeu Fabra (UPF), a prestigious university ranked as the top Spanish institution by several publications, allows ALBA students to seamlessly take UPF classes.
Evergreen Institute
Our partnership is thought to motivate and support our students to volunteer at this amazing non-profit organization based in the Peruvian Amazon Jungle. Providing ALBA students with the chance to enjoy this life-changing internship, immediately after their experience with ALBA in Barcelona.

ALBA Professionals benefit from being NAFSA members. Association of International Educators is the world’s largest nonprofit association dedicated to international education and exchange.
