Ingredients:
- 8 slices of country style bread or baguette (not sliced loaf bread!)
- 2 tomatoes
- Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 garlic clove cut in half. Fingers get less garlicy if peel is left on
- Salt (optional)
Preparation:
- Toast the slices of bread in the toaster.
- Rub the cut garlic clove on the bread.
- Cut the tomato in half and rub over the slice of bread.
- Drizzle a little olive oil and add a dash of salt.
